Supervising clinical work through art therapy, allows a deep analysis of creative processes when working with artistic languages in therapy. Understanding the psychological and emotional impact of creative processes from a shared and objective point of view, facilitates a more accurate and clarifying accompaniment for the practitioner.

For the last 15 years I accompany students in training, professionals in private practice, teams from institutions in the field of health, education and professional associations of art therapy.

 Supervision..

I offer Art Therapy Supervision to art therapists, mental health, social or educational professionals. The sessions can be carried out in person or online, individually or in groups according to demand and need. If you would like more information, do not hesitate to contact me. I am an accredited supervisor by the Spanish Professional Association of Art Therapists and by the Spanish Federation of Art Therapy (FEAPA).
I have also recently taught at the Art Therapy Supervision Training program, linked to the Kunsthochschule Weissensee University in Berlin, Germany.

Courses

Application of Art therapy resources in schools

This course is designed for teachers who would like to acquire resources about:
• understanding children’s drawings from an art therapy perspective
• fundaments of the creative processes when working with children and youth
• art therapy methodologies as a complementary resource in visual art education
The course can be adapted to the different needs of the institution.

Adoption and Foster Care

This course is designed for psychologists, psychiatrists, educators, parents, associations, training institutes, etc. The aim of this workshop is to provide an introduction to the way art therapy treatment works in the field of post-adoption and foster care and to learn about resources that art therapy offers to this particular and unique field.
Training can be adapted to the different needs of professionals and institutes/organizations.

Art Therapy Supervision

This course is designed for art therapy associations, university or private training institutes and qualified art therapists who wish to train as supervisors. The format is adapted to the needs of the training context.
The latest training courses I have given on art therapy supervision have been addressed to the Spanish Art Therapy Association (ATE), to the Andalusian Association of Art Therapy (ANDART) and recently also for the professional training course in Art Therapy Supervision in Berlin, Germany (KH Weissensee).
